Summer Reading Program - "Catch the Reading Bug"

The Spindale Public Library has announced the schedule for their Summer Reading Program:

(all programs begin at 10:00am, unless otherwise noted)

Monday, June 16 - Begin signups for reading program

Tuesday, June 17 - South Mountain Park Ranger

Tuesday, June 24 - Dot Lane, local storyteller

Tuesday, July 1 - Doug Elliott, local storyteller

Tuesday, July 8 - FENCE, "Creepy Crawlies & Insects"

Tuesday, July 15 - Jeanne Price-local beekeeper-"Bees"

Tuesday, July 22 - Crafts with Amy Owens

Tuesday, July 29 - End of the Summer Party

The Library will also have a photography contest this summer. Photos will be judged by Everett Murray, photographer, and Robin Lattimore, author and historian, in three age categories and prizes will be awarded at the end of the summer party.
